Everything your projects need

One platform that replaces the spreadsheets, the paper forms, and the half-dozen disconnected apps.

📋

Every job in one place

Twenty-one tabs on a single job — programme, snags, RFIs, variations, forms, risk, sign-in and finance. Most tools make you leave the job to do half of these.

Programmes that stay honest

Sections roll up from their tasks, durations run in working days, and every task carries a % complete. One line at the top tells you how far the whole job has really got.

20 site forms, rewritten for 2026

Weekly safety inspection, MEWP pre-use, scaffold tower, LOLER, accident report, toolbox talk. Filled in on a phone, filed against the job, printable blank when the signal goes.

QR sign-in at the gate

A code on the hoarding. People scan, they are signed in — visitors too. See who is on site right now from your desk, without ringing anyone.

£

The commercial side, properly

Applications, variations with an approval trail, CVR, retention, CIS and cash flow. Not a site app with finance bolted on — both, because that is how a job actually works.

🏷

Plant you can account for

Calibration, LOLER and PAT tracked per category, so a laptop is never chased for a calibration certificate. Stick a bought barcode on an asset and scan it.

✍️

Signatures that are signatures

Sign on the screen with a finger — site forms, toolbox talk attendance, daywork sheets. Not a typed name in a box. The printed copy carries the real signature and the time it was given.

🔗

Your client signs on their phone

Send a link. They see the daywork sheet, sign it there and then, and it lands back on the job. No printing, no scanning, no chasing a PDF round an office.

📄

Subcontractors, pre-qualified

One link sends a full PQQ — company, insurances, H&S, environmental, financial standing. Then it watches the expiry dates and tells you before a policy lapses.

Nobody types on a scaffold

Which is why the RFI never gets raised and the diary stays empty. So talk instead.

“Riser three on level four — drawing shows a 200 duct but there’s a structural beam right through where it needs to go. Can’t proceed until the engineer confirms. I need an answer by Friday or it holds up the ceiling grid.”

Dayworks, spoken

“Dave and Mick eight hours each, three-tonne digger four hours, twenty metres of 110 pipe.” Out comes the sheet. Then send it to the client to sign.

📷

Photo and voice together

Photograph the defect and describe it in the same breath. “That crack there, about a metre up” makes sense when it can see what you’re pointing at.

🌍

Whatever language you think in

Record in Polish, Romanian or Portuguese and the record comes out in English. Half of UK site labour shouldn’t have to work in their second language to fill a form in.

You check it before anything is saved

Every field is editable and your words are shown beside it. Anything you didn’t actually say is left blank rather than guessed — because a blank field takes five seconds to fill in, and an invented one ends up in a dispute. Rates on a daywork sheet are never made up.

This is the actual product

Not mock-ups. Every screen below is a real capture from a live Strucly workspace.

Strucly programme — Gantt chart with section roll-up and percent complete

Programme

Sections take their dates from the tasks underneath them, so a section can never drift out of step with the work. Durations are working days. The top line is the whole job, weighted by task length — so a fortnight of ductwork counts for more than an afternoon of making good.

Strucly live job map with jobs pinned across the UK

Live job map

Every live job pinned, coloured by RAG status. Click a pin, open the job.

Strucly site forms library showing inspection and plant forms

Site forms

Twenty forms written to what is actually required in 2026 — fill in on a phone, or print blank for the cabin.

Strucly variations register across all jobs

Variations register

Every variation across every job, with what is approved, what is pending, and how long it has been sitting.

Strucly company dashboard with live jobs, pipeline and blocking issues

Dashboard

Live jobs, pipeline, what is blocking progress and what is waiting on you. Every tile clicks through to the detail.

Field-first

Built for the site, not just the office

Your team carries the whole platform in their pocket. Capture photos, complete inspections, log hours and check programmes — even with gloves on and a poor signal.
